Summary

A two-day DEI intervention using LEGO AdVentures to help participants express ideas and explore empathy, diversity, inclusive leadership and different perspectives through discussion, building and reflection.

Challenge

DEI conversations at group level tend to stay abstract and polite, which makes it hard for participants to surface real assumptions about difference at work.

Intervention

LEGO AdVentures (LEGO® Serious Play®) sessions where every participant builds, tells the story of their model, and then reframes it against inclusive-leadership prompts.

Participants left with a shared vocabulary for empathy, inclusion and perspective-taking, plus concrete behaviours to carry back into their teams.
