Since 2023, AVA has partnered with the Welfare and Rehabilitation Directorate of the Pakistan Armed Forces to help retiring officers translate decades of leadership into civilian careers, with a five-day transition program, one-on-one coaching and career matching, and parallel pathways for officers' families, including the families of Shuhada.
