Summary

AdVentures Academy contributed two major sessions: Transition from Military to Civilian Work Life, led by Parvez Abbasi, and Crafting a Winning Resume for Corporate Roles, led by Sipehre Shamsi. The objective was to help retiring officers translate military experience into civilian career opportunities.

Challenge

Retiring officers carry deep leadership experience that corporate recruiters often cannot read.

Intervention

Two sessions: the mindset and practicalities of the military-to-civilian transition, then translating service experience into a corporate-ready resume.
